Replacing the brake master cylinder



Experience shows that in many cases the bulkhead cylinder in garage conditions does not lead to the desired result. Therefore, in the event of a fault recommend replacing brake master cylinder assembly.
You will need: the key "10" socket wrench "12", pliers, rubber bulb.
1. Disconnect a wire from the plug ?�-?� the storage battery.
2. Remove the air supply pipe (see. "Removing and installing the air filter").
3. Unscrew the master cylinder reservoir and pump out the brake fluid reservoir.
4. Disconnect the wires from the sensor to the brake fluid level and disconnect hose clutch master cylinder pipe from the tank (see. "Replacement of the master cylinder reservoir?�).

5. Remove the two nuts securing the master cylinder brake pipes, disconnect the piping from the cylinder and move them aside.

HELPFUL ADVICE
Stop the piping in any way possible (for example, wearing their protective caps the ends of the valve to release the air) to prevent leakage of brake fluid.

6. Remove the second nut on the master cylinder to the vacuum amplifier and remove the master cylinder assembly from the tank.
7. Install the parts in reverse order of removal, fill the brake fluid and remove air from the system (see. "Bleeding brake system hydraulic drive").
