Replacing the gear motor windscreen wiper

Dismantling gearmotor wiper impractical because spare parts are not supplied. You can replace a gear motor assembly.

You will need: the key "12" face head "12" strip, flat-blade screwdriver.

1. Disconnect a wire from the plug ?�-?� the storage battery.


2. Open the casing shoe harness by releasing the clips ...	3. ... and remove it.

NOTE

Remove the cover blocks the harness is necessary because it prevents disconnection blocks from the gearmotor.

4. Disconnect the harness connector from the motor-reducer.

5. Disconnect from the crank gear motor traction drive wiper (see. "Removing and installing wiper drive").


6. Remove the four bolts ...	7. ... and remove the gear motor.


8. Inspect the rubber bushings. Highly crimped or damaged bushings replaced.	9. Remove the nut the crank, keeping it from turning and remove the crank.

10. Install the parts in reverse order of removal.
