Replacement rods drive transmission control
If the transfer were included inaccurate, increased movement of lever and gearshift lever vibrates while driving may have worn bushing axis of the lever or actuator. The shift lever must freely rotate without jamming in the ball joint. Replace sleeve linkage. You will need: a flat-blade screwdriver, two key "12". | | 1. Remove the nut bolts shift rod to the lever ... | 2. ... and remove the bolt. |
| 3. Remove the plastic lever eyelet bushings. Broken or worn, replace the sleeve. |
4. Remove the handle with the shift lever. |

| | 7. ... and remove the jet thrust from the gearbox studs. | 8. Remove the nut screws on the gear lever ... |
| | 9. ... remove the bolt ... | 10. ... and remove the buffer arm bracket. |
| | 11. Remove the buffer axis of the arm ... | 12. ... and remove the plastic sleeve from the axis of the shift lever. |
| | 13. Remove the locking plate bolts traction drive ... | 14. ... remove the bolt traction drive ... |
| | 15. ... remove the draft from the eye ... | 16. ... remove the lug plastic sleeves ... |
| | 17. ... and remove the gear lever, bringing it down. | 18. Pry the locking lever spring ... |
| | 19. ... and pull the lever from its bracket. | 20. Remove the lever of plastic and rubber sleeve. Inspect the bushings and washers. If there are signs of wear sleeves or showing signs of aging, replace them. |
21. Install traction drive transmission control and the shift lever in the reverse order of removal. |
