Sprocket crankshaft made of high chromium steel. The working surface of the teeth is hardened to improve the abrasion resistance at all points of contact with the chain. Crankshaft sprocket consists of a chain drive sprockets, timing and oil pump drive sprocket, which are combined into a single unit. Used for mounting sprocket keyway is absent (Fig. 2.24).
