Assembling the components of the hydraulic booster pump

Put the clamp in the direction shown in Figure 5.34.
Make sure the ear clip recorded.

Install the gland in the front of the pump housing

Install the gland in the front of the pump casing, using a special device and a nylon hammer (Fig. 5.35).

Place the blade of the rotor so that the rounded edges included in the cam (Fig. 5.36).

Install the stator ring in front of the pump housing

Install the cam ring in the front of the pump casing tag up (Fig. 5.37).
After mounting the rear housing to manually turn the shaft to check for smooth rotation.
Install the shaft in front of the pump housing.
Place the pump and tighten the three screws.
Install the pressure sensor connector.
Install the drive belt.
Bleed the hydraulic circuit of the steering mechanism.
Check for leaks and leaks of hydraulic oil.
Inspect and installation of the steering wheel.
