Check and adjust the length of the protruding rod

With manual vacuum nacoca create a vacuum in the brake booster - 66.7 kPa (-500 mm Hg. Art.).

Loosen the lock nut and adjust the length of the push rod so that the length of the "B" has become equal to a predetermined value (Fig. 6.31).

Adjust until the gap between the protruding part of the rod and the screw will not be 0 mm - nominal length of the gauge readings at 66.7 kPa (-500 mm Hg. Art.).
