Checking waveform

Place the vehicle on a horizontal surface, lift and lower the jack to support.

Disconnect the wheel speed sensor connector antilock brakes.

Using an oscilloscope, the waveform of voltage check for the presence of distortions and noise in rotation of each wheel (Fig. 6.60).

If there is distortion or noise, check the rotor sensor anti-lock braking systems.
