Operation with the vehicle
1. When driving with headlights auto leveling control unit (master) is input to the vehicle speed signal from the power system ABS / TCS HU / CM or DSC HU / CM and a signal based on fluctuations of the suspension of the front and rear self-leveling. 2. Based on the velocity signal of a vehicle automatic leveling control unit calculates the angle of acceleration and vehicle speed change checks. In addition, if there is a difference between the two signals front and rear self-leveling, self-leveling control unit (main) checks the actual position of the car. This block calculates the adjustment value on the optical axis on the basis of these two signals and outputs a control signal to the automatic alignment (optional). 3. The automatic leveling control unit compares the actual and desired position of the reflector, and then outputs a control signal to the headlamp leveling actuator.
NOTE When the ignition key is moved to ON, for a few seconds, you can hear the sound of the actuator leveling range, it's okay because it checks the operating mode of the system. |
When driving on poor or uneven road automatic alignment would cause a flickering effect, dazzle oncoming cars. To prevent this, automatic headlamp leveling occurs with slowing.
