General Precautions
| 1. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery. 2. Remove the spark plugs to facilitate rotation of the engine. 3. Unless otherwise specified otherwise, turn the motor in the normal direction. 4. Review the requirements for the efforts of a tightening of carving connections. 5. With the appropriate configuration, mark the position of the CKP sensor before removing it. 6. Do not turn the crankshaft via camshaft sprockets or devices. 7. Do not turn a cranked and distributive shaft at the removed timing chain. |

Procedures for setting the timing
| 1. Give the first cylinder [1] to 40 ? after TDC. 2. Make sure of correctness of combination of parallel grooves of both camshafts to cut the cylinder head [2]. 3. Replace the camshaft locking tool [3]. 4. Check the position of adjusting labels balancing shaft [4]. 5. Before proceeding with repair procedures, remove the tensioner assembly [5]. | Installation of the piston of the first cylinder in the position of 40 ? after TDC camshafts can be rotated without any risk of contact with the bottom of the valve piston. |
6. Bring the piston assembly of the first cylinder in position of 40 ? after TDC and achieve combination coppered chain links with:
? Adjusting labels stars both camshafts [6]; ? With the timing mark on the sprocket balancing shaft [7]; ? With key and crankshaft timing mark [8]. | After installation, the combination coppered chain links should be done on every fourteenth circulation. |

Replacing the gas distribution chain
| 1. Remove rocker arm shaft assembly right camshaft assembly from the bearing caps; 2. Do not tighten fittings, replace the cover fixing camshaft [9] (the tool number 112 589 054 000); 3. Set the device to secure the chain on asterisks of camshafts (tool number 112 589 044 000); 4. Use the tools from the list above, connect the new chain to the old number of cylinders on the right - for putting the chain on the sprockets rotate the crankshaft. | Bolts assemblies rocker axes (M7 x 84 mm) can not be reused and must be replaced. |
|
|
Removing the balancer shaft in the following order:
| 1. Insert the appropriate locking pin as opposed to a pin on the back of the shaft [11]; 2. Remove the retaining bolt and remove the counterweight; 3. On the front side, remove the balancing shaft; 4. Upon completion of repair work, set the tensioner. 5. During assembly do not forget to lubricate the central crankshaft pulley bolt. | Do not block the flywheel / drive plate when removing / installing of the crankshaft pulley bolt. |
