Adjusting camber and caster front wheels - produced with the help of the eccentric bolt

Check and adjustment of convergence of forward wheels

Adjustment of disorder carried forward eccentric bolt (19), and the longitudinal axis of the rotation angle of the rear wheels is regulated by eccentric bolt (20) in the lower arm.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install the wheel in position for straight-line motion with the device (055).
2. Check the center position of the steering mechanism and the steering wheel (arrows).
3. Set the line (030) between the inner surfaces of the front wheels. Check the toe-in of the front wheels.
4. Wheel alignment is performed by rotating the track rod (10).
The convergence of the front wheels is given in the specification.
