Place a container under the car to drain coolant. Set the temperature switch in the cabin in position ?CHAUD? (heating). Remove the drain plug of the radiator (Fig. 2.70) on the right below the lower tank and substitute a container under the drainage. Drain the expansion tank.

Remove the plug to remove the air from the cooling system, which are located on the inlet pipe and the left side of the cylinder head (Fig. 2.71). Remove the drain plug on the engine block (Fig. 2.70, A). After closure coolant drain flush with large amounts of water cooling system. Pour the water for washing into the filler neck of the radiator after setting into place, and then unscrewing the drain plugs. Rinse the surge tank. Replace the drain plug of the cylinder, then plug radiatopa. Apply a layer of sealant to the stopper cylinder. Fill coolant through the radiator neck in small portions, until it begins to flow through the holes to remove the air from the cooling system. When the liquid will flow out of the holes without bubbles, screw plugs in the vent hole. Fill the radiator up to the maximum level and replace the filler cap. Fill expansion tank up to the mark "MAX". Start up the engine and warm it up to operating temperature. Stop the engine and let it cool. Check the coolant level in the radiator and expansion tank; if necessary add a liquid to the maximum level. Again, start up the engine and repeat the above operation as long as the levels of radiator coolant expansion tank and stabilize.
