Remove the two bolts securing the top hinge to the lid of the trunk. Supporting the cover, remove the two screws of the lower hinge to the lid of the trunk. Remove the lid of the trunk. The installation of the tailgate make in reverse order of removal. At the same time pay attention to the uniformity of the gap between the tailgate and the rear wings. If necessary, make the adjustment (Fig. 9.33) .Check and adjust the latch lid lock so that there was no gap in the movement of the cable lock actuator.
