Removing and installing evaporator guard

Remove the instrument panel. Remove the heater. Evacuate refrigerant from the air conditioning system. Disconnect the pressure sensor on the evaporator. Remove at the bulkhead in the engine compartment pipe unions contour conditioner. Remove the mounting guard to the bulkhead of the evaporator and the fan. Separate halves of the enclosure of the evaporator, while careful not to damage the evaporator. Remove the evaporator.

Installation carried out in sequence, return to removal. At the same time, replace all O-rings and dryer. Change the oil in the crankcase. Fill the cooling circuit with refrigerant. Check the coolant level. Make sure there is no leakage of refrigerant and air conditioner efficiency.
