Removing and installing clutch

After removal from the car RKPP replace slave cylinder. Do not let any grease or oil on the clutch surface.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove Manual transmission (see. Section Removal and installation Manual transmission). The components of the installation shown in the illustration Clutch Components clutch. With the help of a special device mounted on the flywheel, safeguarding it against rotation. Evenly give pressure plate mounting bolts and remove the clutch pressure plate and clutch disc. If necessary, check the components of the clutch as described in the Specifications parameters. Clean input shaft splines RKPP the old grease and dirt. Coat the splines of the new lubricant thickness of 1 mm (total amount - 0.4 grams). Install the clutch disc on the input shaft Manual transmission and remove the grease. Install the pressure plate by tightening its bolts by hand. Align the wheels and evenly tighten the bolts the pressure plate in the sequence shown in the illustration above, and with the efforts listed in the Specifications. Install Manual transmission.
