Removing and installing exhaust system components
The components of the exhaust system Withdrawal | - Poddomkratte car and establish it on props.
- Remove protection crankcase and process all the nuts and bolts of the exhaust system means to dissolve the rust. Wait a while.
- Give connecting hardware sections of the exhaust system and remove them from the rubber hangers.
- Disconnect the oxygen sensor wiring and remove it with a special key.
- Remove the connecting wire of weight.

Setting  | Seals, nuts and bolts, always replace with new ones. In order to facilitate subsequent disassembly recommended the nuts and bolts of the exhaust system to cover the high-temperature paste. Check visually rubber surround and replace them if necessary. |
| - If the exhaust system is not replaced, clean them before assembling mating surfaces with sandpaper of a deposit and sealant residue.
- Connect wiring.
- Connect section of the exhaust system and tighten the clamping fixture of the hand.
- Fasten the exhaust pipe to the body by means of brackets and rubber hangers.
- Align the spring clamping screw holes relative to the flange and tighten the locking screws and the rest of the hardware.
- Align exhaust system so that it is positioned on hangers without tension. At the same time, take care that between it and the bottom was sufficient clearance.
- Check the exhaust system for leaks (see. Chapter Settings and maintenance of the car).
