Clutch
On models with Manual transmission applied single-disc clutch. The hub is equipped with a clutch disc splines and move freely on them by the slot on the pin of a primary shaft of a transmission. Equipped with a pressure plate diaphragm spring clutch assembly pribolchena to the flywheel of the engine. Driven disc is clamped between the pressure plate and the flywheel, sensing the rotation of the latter and delivering it to the input shaft of the transmission. Between the hub and drive plate friction plates fitted its working parts are installed extenuating process of perception of the rotation damper spring. Clutch pedal acts on the master cylinder, which in turn feeds the hydraulic pressure in the slave cylinder. Thus there is a rotation of the lever and the shift clutch release bearing. Releaser, moving creates a pressure on the inside of the petals of the diaphragm spring, pushing them to the side of the flywheel. The outer edge of the petals of a spring with the bend, pushing the clutch disc from the flywheel and thus turning off the clutch. On models 4.2 l between the clutch pedal and the master cylinder mounted servo unit, thus reducing the need for a clutch pedal effort. Operating vacuum is applied to the actuator of the intake manifold. Assembling the valve actuator and the pusher unit are planted on one axis, in case of loss of vacuum allows clutch operating directly from the pusher. The piston actuator cylinder is spring-loaded in the direction of the lever off that compensates for wear of the friction linings slave drive by automatic deepening of the piston in the cylinder.
