Replacement Bearing Kit
To replace the bearing hub, do the following: - Loosen the screws of the rear wheels; - To establish an emphasis under the front wheels; - Install the rear part of the car on support and remove the wheel; - Remove the protective caps of the wheels, in turn placing a screwdriver in the opposite point of the diameter; - Remove the wheel nuts.

- Remove the brake cylinder (without disconnecting from it a hose) and remove the brake disc 20 (Fig. 6.13), together with the hub. At the same time free up the outer bearing 13; - Beat out the inside of the boot disk; - Install the brake disc on the inner side of the vise disclosed. Knock out the inner bearing gland from the inside of the disc; - Beat out the bearing outer cage; - Clean the bearing seats; - Install new bearing race;

- Beat out external bearing; - Install a new external bearing; - Lubricate bearings with grease, put them on the back side of the disk and install the gland; - Check the ring gear speed sensor ABS for damage; - Set the boot 9 from the inside of the wheel hub; - Install the brake disc on the wheel axle; - Install the dismantled parts to the outside of the wheel. Assembly in reverse order on the process of withdrawal; - Adjust the play in the bearings; - Press-fit bearing. To do this, turning the brake disc, tighten the nut;
- Loosen the nut. Again, tighten the nut until the end of the screwdriver until you can still move the thrust washer under the nut (Fig. 6.14); - Install the castellated nut and lock it in a fixed position, setting the pin.

- Set the brake drum 11 (Fig. 6.15) to the disclosure of a vise. Knock out the outer bearing oil seal; - Beat out the inner bearing; - Install new bearing race; - Lubricate bearings with grease; - Set the brake drum in reverse order on the process of withdrawal.
