Rear disc brakes
Fig. 8.22. Rear disc brakes: 1 - bolts of the guide pin, 35 Nm; 2 - the bleed hole; 3 - cover; 4 - a directing finger; 5 - rubber cover; 6 - calliper; 7 - Bellow; 8 - piston; 9 - a sealing ring; 10 - the brake caliper cylinder assembly

- Small screwdriver, carefully remove the inner edge of the boot 7 (see. Fig. 8.22) out of the groove of a support cylinder, taking care not to damage the piston;
- With a special key 3131, remove the piston from the cylinder by turning it counterclockwise. When the piston takes a position in which it is free to rotate, but will not go further out and remove it by hand;
- Small screwdriver to remove the O-ring groove 9 of the cylinder, acting very cautiously, so as not to damage the cylinder bore;
- Remove the guide pins of the guide pad 6 and remove the rubber protective covers 5.
The assembly of a brake disc cylinder mechanism of the rear wheel spend in reverse order, thus:
- Thoroughly clean and check all parts of the brake mechanism. If the cylinder and the piston are in good condition, use the repair kit for assembly. It is recommended that the O-ring of the cylinder and replaced with new boot;

A WARNING
The mechanism of the parking brake can not be disassembled.

- Lubricate the piston, cylinder bore and a new O-ring piston with clean brake fluid;
- Hands, without using any tools, install a new O-ring groove of the piston in the cylinder;
- Put the boot on the outer edge of the working piston and insert piston in the cylinder bore;
- Using a small screwdriver, gently push the inner lip of the anther in the groove of the cylinder;
- With a special key 3131 or steel strips, screw the piston in the brake cylinder. During screwing uniformly apply pressure to the piston. This outer working edge of the anther enter into the groove of the piston, as will be in front of him;
- Apply to the bleed screw drive brake grease and wrap it;
- Remove the air from the brake cylinder. Why put on the bleed screw the hose and put it on the end of the brake fluid filled syringe. Fill the cylinder with brake fluid as long as it comes out through the connection of a brake hose;
- Until the end screw on the caliper brake hose fitting;
- Install the brake pads and tighten the nut of a brake tube fitting;
- Remove the clip from the brake hose;
- Connect the parking brake cable to the caliper and adjust the cable;
- Establish a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel bolts crosswise torque of 110 Nm;
