Cable accelerator cold start
Removing. Remove the accelerator cable cold start was performed as follows: - Loosen the screw securing the accelerator cable cold start and disconnect the cable from the lever on the pump; - Remove the bracket and a cable cover to the mounting bracket on the side of the pump, remove the washer; - Release the cable from its mounting brackets in the engine compartment; - Remove the panel under the steering column to allow access to the inside of the front panel; - Pull handle cold start to open its back, then remove the bracket and remove the handle from the panel; - Loosen the nut cover of a cable to the front panel and remove the cable into the cabin through the bush in the engine shield. Install in reverse order of removal. If necessary, adjust. Adjustment. Insert the handle of the cold start all the way into the front panel. Screw the cable into the hole in the lever drive mechanism to pump cold start. Pull the lever, and then hold it in this position, move the cable cover to remove any slack and tighten the screw fixing it. By moving the handle of the cabin, give the command to the Assistant to check whether the move with the lever on the pump throughout the range of travel. Turn off the accelerator idle speed by pressing the handle until it stops, then start the engine and check the idling speed. Fully extend handle cold start: the engine speed to idle when it should rise to about 1000-1100 min-1. If necessary, adjust the tension of the cable.
