Centrifugal governor



In order to cover different modes of operation of the engine and thus have the possibility to the extent necessary to ensure the desired mode of injection pump is installed on a centrifugal regulator. Loads centrifugal regulator in accordance with the engine speed diverge outwardly more or less. They through linkage jam on regulating valve, which by opening a hole in the plunger distributor allows excess fuel to flow. If the engine speed with respect to the pedal position fuel delivery is too high, then the controller opens the aperture, and the number of revolutions decreases.
At engine start-adjusting hole is completely closed. Engine receives the full amount of fuel, but only up until it reaches idling speed. Then the controller into operation.
The maximum engine speed is also limited by a centrifugal regulator. If the engine speed exceeds 5200 min-1, the regulating hole is released.
