Disassembly and reassembly of the front wheel brake
Disassembly and reassembly of the brake mechanism can be independently carried out only if there is the necessary experience with the details of the hydraulic brake system and provided that there is available repair kit brake. Dismantling the front wheel brake mechanism spend in the following order: - Clamp the cylinder in a vice and remove the boot from the cylinder and the piston with a screwdriver;

- Set into a recess in front caliper piston wooden block (Fig. 8.9), not to damage the surface of the piston calipers at its ejection; - Gently pumping a jet of compressed air through the inlet for the brake fluid (see. Fig. 8.9, arrow), push the piston out of the cylinder;

- Gently with a screwdriver (Fig. 8.10), remove the sealing ring from the brake cylinder. Not to damage the cylinder bore; - Thoroughly clean all parts and if the cylinder and piston are in good condition, use the repair kit for assembly. It is recommended that the O-ring of the cylinder and replaced by new ones bellow. The assembly of the front wheel brake mechanism spend in reverse order, thus: - Insert the new O-ring groove, after brushing his brake fluid and the surface of the piston apply graphite grease or lubricant "Ditor"; - Put the boot on the outer edge of the working piston; - Slowly pushing the piston into the cylinder, using a screwdriver, carefully insert the inner lip of the anther in the groove of the cylinder (cylinder thus should be clamped in a vice); - Set the clamp and slowly press the piston in the brake cylinder. This outer working edge of the anther enter into the groove of the piston, as will be in front of him; - Remove the air from the brake cylinder. To do this, pull on the bleed screw the hose and put it on the end of the brake fluid filled syringe. Fill the cylinder with brake fluid as long as it comes out through the connection of a brake hose; - After the assembly and installation of the brake mechanism to restore the level of liquid in a tank and pump over hydraulic drive system.
