Removing the external hinge

Outer hinge can only be replaced in assembly. His removal procedure is as follows:

- Remove the clamps of a protective cover;

- Slide the protective cover;

- Clean the end of the hinge;

- Remove the retaining ring;

- Fixing the actuator in a fixed position, remove the joint, causing a knockout of a soft metal blows to end the cage (Fig. 5.131).

Installing external hinge

The installation of the external hinge wire as follows:

- Stored in an internal cavity of the hinge 110 g lubricant G.6.3 (in each cup);

- Establish a protective cover;

- Install the spacer bump to the hinge (Fig. 5.132);

- Establish a new lock ring;

- Fixing the actuator in a stationary position, set the hinge, causing a knockout of a soft metal blows to end the cage until the retaining ring does not take its place in the groove.

Removing the internal hinge

Removing the internal hinge carried out as follows:

- Secure the drive in a fixed position;

- Remove the retaining ring;

- Remove the protective cover (Fig. 5.133);

- Fixing the shaft in a fixed position, remove the joint, causing a knockout of a soft metal blows to end the cage;

- Remove the spring washer.

Installing an internal pivot

Installing an internal hinge carried out as follows:

- Clean the parts installed;

- Establish a spring washer bulge of the hinge;

- Establish joint;

- Establish a new lock ring;

- Into the inner cavity of the hinge will place 120 g grease G.6.3;

- Establish a protective cover (Fig. 5.134);

- When installing a protective cover of the right shaft, make sure that that was not closed the hole for ventilation (Fig. 5.135).
