Adjusting (controlling) the data of individual components of the braking system
The main brake cylinder Brand: FAG or Girling Diameter, mm: - Vehicles with ABS - 20.64; - Vehicles without ABS - 22.22. Servo Diameter, mm - 254. Pressure regulator Pressure check: - At a pressure of 5.0 MPa loop forward in the rear circuit pressure from 3.0 to 3.5 MPa; - At a pressure of 10.0 MPa front circuit pressure in the back loop from 51 to 56 MPa. Parking brake Managed by mechanical lever and cables. Stroke lever - 4 clicks. brake fluid Capacity from 0.7 to 0.9 liters. Mark - normal synthetic fluid SAE J 1703 DOT 3 specification. Frequency of service: level check - every 60 000 km, fluid replacement - every 2 years.
