The diameter of the outer constant-velocity joint is different and is 88.0 or 98.0 mm.
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Remove collars of fastening of a protective cover and slide the cover to hinge on a power shaft. | 2. Clean the inside of the joint and remove the snap ring from the inside of the hinge. | | 3. Secure the drive shaft in a vice with soft sponges and aluminum or copper hammer bring down the hinge from a power shaft. | 4. Remove the snap ring, gasket and dished the puck from the end of the drive shaft. | 5. Fill the internal hinge 90 grams of grease. | 6. Replace the drive shaft Belleville washer, the convex side to the hinge, see. Fig. Location of the locking ring, gasket and diaphragm washer securing the outer joint on the drive shaft. | 7. Install the new drive shaft snap ring, secure the shaft in a vice with soft sponges and aluminum or copper mallet tamp joint on the drive shaft, and the retaining ring should be clearly in the groove on the inner side of the joint. | 8. Replace the hinge protective cover and secure it with clamps. Before attaching a protective cover clamps, screwdriver pry up the inside edge of the cover, to equalize the air pressure under the cover. To fix the clamps need to use the tool 1683 (see. Fig. The use of the special tool 1683 for fastening of the modernized collar). Sponge tool set at the corners Clamp and in this position, tighten the screw jaws. |
