| 1. scribe mark the position of the hub and the housing hinge. |
 | 2. Turn the hub in the housing hinge and remove every ball. Lay the balls in the order of removal for subsequent re-install the original position. |
 | 3. Turn the separator hinge so that two rectangular slots are aligned with the housing, then remove the separator and the hub. |
 | 4. Turn the wheel hub in the separator so that one of the parts of the hub went into one of the rectangular slots in the separator, turn the hub and pull it out of the separator. |
| 5. Clean all parts of the hinge and check their condition. If there are signs of wear or corrosion, replace the joint. |
| 6. Put 45 grams in the joint housing, then install a separator with the hub in the joint housing. Sequentially insert the balls into the hub and make sure that the hub is in the separator and the body established to its original position (on earlier made labels). Install new retaining ring into the hub, then push the hinge in the remaining half of the lubricant (45 grams). |
