A fuel highway and fuel injectors
A fuel highway and fuel injectors four-cylinder petrol engines
1 - fixing bracket. When installing check the location of the fixing brackets;
2 - filter;
3 - the fuel pressure regulator;
4 - sealing rings. If damage is necessary to use new O-rings; | 5 - fuel injector;
6 - the fuel line;
7 - the fuel return pipe connected;
8 - connect fuel line |
Withdrawal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Remove the top casing of the engine. | | 2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator. | | 3. The fuel system is under pressure, so before disconnecting the fuel system, remove the fuel pressure. |  | 4. Set the jack under the jacking point of the vehicle. Unscrew the union nut and remove the fuel feed hose from the fuel line. | | 5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the fuel injector. |

Engines 1,8-I
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Disconnect elec cue sensor connector Hall, ny located on the cylinder head. |  | 2. Remove the bolts that secure the fuel line and remove fuel line with the fuel injectors from the intake manifold. | 3. Remove the retaining clips that secure the fuel rail and the fuel injectors to the fuel line. Pull and remove the fuel injectors of the fuel line.
A warning  When you install, you must install the fuel injectors into place.

Setting
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Before installation, check the condition of the fuel injector O-rings and, if necessary, replace them. | | 2. Apply a thin layer of engine oil seals. | | 3. Insert fuel injector fully into the fuel line and secure the fixing brackets. | | 4. Install the fuel line with the fuel injectors on the intake manifold and push until it stops. | | 5. Screw the fuel rail bolts, having tightened their moment of 10 Nm. | | 6. Connect the electrical connectors to the fuel injectors. | | 7. Screw the fuel line to the fuel line. | | 8. Connect the vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator. |

| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Connect the power connector of the Hall sensor. | | 2. Install the top casing of the engine. |
