Removal and radiator utanovka
Removing the radiator Drain the coolant. Remove the front bumper fascia. Set the console bonnet service position. Continuation for all vehicles Disconnect water hoses from the radiator. Remove the fan to the bracket.
NOTE To avoid damage to the capacitor, and the pipes and hoses loop air conditioning system, it must be ensured that the lines and hoses have been laid without tension, bends and kinks. |

1 Remove the screws from the bearing of the radiator (Fig. 2.202). Fold back a little cooler. Remove fixing screws 2 of the capacitor. Remove the radiator.
NOTE On the Passat is removed through the bottom of the radiator, and the car Eos - over the top. |
Install radiator Install in reverse order, with the following should be considered. When installing a new radiator use the old coolant re prohibited. Fill the coolant.
Tightening torques Bearing radiator castle holder - 5 Nm. Condenser to radiator - 5 Nm. Fan bracket to the radiator - 5 Nm.
