Dismantling Remove the suction tube. Remove the fuel rail with intake manifold flap. Close intake ports with a clean cloth.
Use a screwdriver to bend the lock tabs radial expansion joint to the side and remove the thrust washer from the nozzle (Fig. 2.230).
NOTE Locking tabs radial compensator with the damaged (broken). Therefore, when installing nozzles canceller should be replaced. |
Screw the mandrel to the puller. Then enter a stripper into the groove on the nozzle and gently knock the nozzle (Fig. 2.231).
Installation
Thoroughly clean the nozzle openings of high pressure in the cylinder head with a nylon brush (Fig. 2.232).
NOTE Teflon gland nozzles Never lubricate with engine oil or other lubricants. May open the inlet valve complicate cleaning. In this case, the engine must be scrolled through with a wrench from the hands of the crankshaft. |
Replace the O-ring and Teflon gland nozzles.
Reinstall the nozzle thrust ring 1 and block 2 equalizer on the thrust ring (Fig. 2.233).
Insert the nozzle with mounting mandrel up to the stop in the hole in the cylinder head (Fig. 2.234).
Check the position of the nozzle in the cylinder head (Fig. 2.235). Install the fuel rail with intake manifold flap. Install the intake manifold.
