Checking oil pressure and oil pressure sensor
Checking procedure Remove the oil pressure gauge and screw it into the gauge.
Screw the oil pressure gauge at the oil filter holder, instead of the sensor (Fig. 2.328). Attach the brown wire to the weight of the oil pressure gauge (-). Connect voltage tester with auxiliary cables from the set of auxiliary and measuring devices to the battery (+) and oil pressure switch. The LED should not light up. Start the engine and slowly increase the speed. When overpressure 0,55-0,85 bar LED should light up, otherwise replace the oil pressure switch. Increase engine speed. At 2000 min -1 and a temperature of 80 ?� C oil overpressure must be at least 2.0 bar. With a larger number of turns the excess oil pressure should be less than 7.0 bar, otherwise replace the oil filter holder.
