Removing and installing damper



Withdrawal
Remove the front wall of the plenum chamber.

Bolt in the plenum chamber

Remove the bolt in the plenum chamber (Fig. 5.18).
Remove the steering column.
Remove the screws 1.

Fixing the damper

2 Remove the bolt and remove the damper 3 (Fig. 5.19).

Setting
Secure the damper on the body to tighten the bolt.
Insert and tighten the screw 2.
Tighten bolts of 1 fastening of the damper 3 to 10 Nm.
Install the steering column.
Install the front wall of the plenum chamber.
Torque.
After that, follow the basic nastroykudatchika steering angle with a tester.
