Removal and installation of atomizers
Withdrawal
Remove the fuse SD34 (fuel pump) from the fuse holder on the right in the front panel (Fig. 2.73).
NOTE SD34 fuse has been removed for safety reasons interrupted power to the fuel pump, as otherwise when you open the driver's door, he would be involved. |
ATTENTION The power supply system is under pressure to avoid injuries and skin contact, wear protective goggles and gloves. Before disconnecting the connection hose wrap cloth. Then release pressure by gently loosening the connection. |
Disconnect the fuel line 1 and line to the solenoid valve 1 3 absorber (Fig. 2.74). Plug the hoses and pipes to the system power supply no dirt. Remove the top and bottom of the intake manifold. Remove retaining clip and spacer with the nozzles.
Put the nozzle puller 1 (Fig. 2.75). Make sure that the stripper captures entered the notch on the nozzle. Tighten the knurled nut puller by hand.
Remove the nozzle, gently tapping on the mandrel of the cylinder head.

Clean the hole in the cylinder head cylindrical nylon brush (Fig. 2.77).
Thoroughly clean the nozzle in the gland. Remove any deposits (fouling) with a wire brush (Fig. 2.78). Carefully incise the gland knife. Clean the gland groove.
Push the tip assembly with a new oil seal 1 to the nozzle 2 (Fig. 2.79). Push the seal with the mandrel to slide deeper. Turn mandrel and push the oil seal into the groove.

Push the calibration sleeve with gentle rotation (about 180 ?�) to the nozzle until it stops (Fig. 2.80). Again, remove the calibration sleeve by turning in the opposite direction. Push the calibration sleeve with gentle rotation (about 180 ?�) to the nozzle until it stops. Again, remove the calibration sleeve by turning in the opposite direction. Replace O-ring on the nozzle and the spacer. Before installing moisten O-rings with clean engine oil.
NOTE Do not lubricate the oil seal with engine oil. |
Insert the nozzle into the cylinder head.
NOTE The nozzle must be inserted easily, otherwise wait until the gland will shrink enough. |
Install the mounting bracket and spacer. Further installation is performed in reverse order.
