Removal and installation of injectors
| Fig. 2.363. Components of injectors: 1 - a bolt 3 Nm + 90 ? (1 / 4ob.) + 180 ? (1/2 vol.); 2 - axis roller levers; 3 - a bolt 20 Nm + tighten 1 / 4ob. (90 ?); 4 - the adjusting screw; 5 - lock nut; 6 - unit injector; 7 - O-ring; 8 - O-ring; 9 - cylinder head
|
Withdrawal Remove the top cover of a gear belt and a cylinder head cover. Loosen the locknut and the adjusting screws and unscrew the adjusting screws so until the corresponding rocker rests on the spring pusher injectors.
Turn off fixing bolts 5-1 axis roller levers from external to internal to the nozzle and remove the axle roller levers (Fig. 2.316). Remove the cable connection unit injectors and glow plugs. Unscrew the fixing bolts in the pump nozzles with the nozzle and remove the bolts. Remove the screw with a spherical head of the pump nozzles.

It is easy to rotate the axis A in the direction of the pump nozzles. Tighten the lock nut in by hand. Tapping, remove the pump nozzle by a beater up from the slot in the cylinder head.
NOTE The previously used injectors do not change places. |
Setting Tighten the screws on the pump-injectors have to be replaced anyway.
ATTENTION In all the works related to the adjustment of the pump-injector with the screw, it is necessary to replace the adjusting screw in the beam and screw with ball head injectors, otherwise there will be increased wear of these parts. |
Before installing the pump nozzle check the O-rings of new planting.
NOTE The new injectors are supplied with O-rings. If you install the old unit injector O-rings must be replaced. O-rings should not be twisted. Oil the O-rings and rod pump nozzle. Check under the seat unit injector in the cylinder head for contamination (eg shavings, soot and the like), if necessary, clean compressed air. |
Very carefully insert the unit injector in the cylinder head in the saddle.
Install the mounting fixture with 2036/1, as shown in Figure 2.365, the cylinder head on the base frame.
ATTENTION If the pump-nozzle is constricted mounting screws, the risk of becoming skewed. This may result in deterioration in ride quality and problems with starting the engine. Therefore pump nozzle should be in the Start push into the saddle, and only then fasten. |
Insert new screws and tighten them by hand without the application of force, up to the stop (Fig. 2.366). Insert the extractor valve mandrel.
Press the unit injector valve by means of a stripper in her seat and hold in this state (Fig. 2.367). Tighten the mounting screws injectors from the hand, without the application of force by inserting the stop. Tighten the new fixing screws as follows: - Stage 1 - 3 N ? m; - Phase II - 90 ? (1/4 vol.); - Phase III - 180 ? (1/2 vol.).
NOTE Replace the adjusting screws A and screw the ball head injectors. |
Install axle roller levers and tighten the new fixing evenly in the sequence 1-5 of the hand (Fig. 2.316). Then, evenly tighten in a similar sequence to 20 Nm + tighten 90 ? (1/4 turn).

|
Set micrometer as shown 2.368, adjusting screw pump nozzle. Rotate the crankshaft in the direction of rotation of the motor shaft until the roller rocker arm will not appear at the highest point. Side roller A is at the highest point. Indicator B is located at the lowest point Remove the mic. Then screw the adjustment screw in the yoke until it reaches a noticeable resistance (pump-nozzle screwed to the stop).
Remove the adjustment screw from the "twisted all the way" to 180 ? (Fig. 2.369). Keep adjusting the screw in this position and tighten the locknut to a torque of 30 Nm. Install the plug injectors and install the cylinder head cover and a casing of a gear belt.
Replacing the O-rings injectors Withdrawal Remove the pump-injector. Carefully remove the O-rings with unit injectors with "flexible" instrument. Make sure to fit in place the O-rings do not appear burrs. Setting Thoroughly clean the mounting surface O-rings on the pump-injector.
NOTE When installing the O-rings, always use the mounting sleeve. Otherwise, the probability of damage to the O-rings. Follow combinability O-rings and grooves for them. Avoid motion clips when installing the O-rings. The O-rings should not be twisted in the nest injectors. |

|
Insert the mounting sleeve until it stops in the unit injector (Fig. 2.370). Insert the upper, thick O-ring into the mounting sleeve and the socket unit injectors. Remove the mounting sleeve. Insert the mounting sleeve until it stops in the unit injector (Fig. 2.370). Insert the lower seal ring with white markings into the mounting sleeve and the socket unit injectors. Remove the mounting sleeve.
