Removing and installing subframe

Withdrawal

Remove the bottom screen proofing.

Remove the wheels.

Unscrew the nuts on the left and right sides of the vehicle.

Pull the lever of the hinge (Fig. 4.41).

Remove the mounting of the exhaust system with a stretcher.

Remove the screws from the heat shield (Fig. 4.42).

Vehicles with auxiliary heater

Remove the screws A of the heat shield.

2 Remove the bracket from the subframe (Fig. 4.43).

Remove the bolt and push in outlet pipe auxiliary heater 1 up.

Continuation of the assembly operations for all vehicles

Remove the heat shield from the stretcher.

Remove the connecting rods from stabilizer.

Remove the rocker support with the gearbox for this unscrew bolts.

Secure the subframe.

Unscrew the bolts: the steering mechanism 3 and 6, the stabilizer 11 and 14 and the stretcher 4 and 5.

Lower the front subframe for the engine and gearbox.

Attach the steering mechanism to the body.

Setting

Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Tighten the screws.

Install the wheel.

Install the lower screen proofing, tightening torques fastening bolts.

After the repair, perform a test drive, if the rectilinear motion of the steering wheel is not straight, it is necessary to adjust the angles of the wheels.
