Removal and installation of servo-leveling
NOTE When removing, installing or replacing servo corrector must be checked (if necessary adjust) the setting range. The figure shows the lamp replacement servo equalizer on the left headlight. Replacement servo left and right headlight adjustment servo-leveling is performed in a similar manner. |
Withdrawal Turn the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove ignition key. Remove the headlamp.

Remove the bolt 1 and squeeze the drive shaft adjustment and dipped beam height 2 in the direction of the arrow of the guide (Fig. 7.95). Remove the drive shaft adjustment 2 of the lamp housing.
Press the bracket 1 in the direction of the arrow to the side and remove the cover 2 (Fig. 7.96). Disconnect the plug 3. 1 Remove the mounting bolts.
Click on the actuator 2 in the direction of the arrow to pull the ball head adjusting the axis side of the mounting ball head at the reflector (Fig. 7.97). Remove the actuator 2 of the lamp housing.
Setting Install in reverse order, with the following should be considered.
NOTE When installing pay attention to the tight fit of the cap. Ingestion of water lights, headlamp may be spoiled. |
Carefully insert the adjusting servo axis 1 to guide the ball head (Fig. 7.98). Check the operation of lights, including all of its functions. Check the setting of the headlights, if necessary - adjust.
