Removing and installing radiator

Withdrawal

Drain the coolant.

Remove the bracket on the quick coupling of the upper and lower coolant hose and remove the hose from the radiator.

Remove the front bumper.

Result a radiator framework in service position.

Remove the fans from the fan bracket.

Remove the brackets and condenser oil cooler for the gearbox oil.

Remove the upper radiator mounting bolts and remove it by lifting up (Fig. 2.235).

Setting

Install in reverse order, with the following should be considered:

Fill with coolant

Check headlight adjustment, if necessary - setup.
