Leak test External osmotorom
The possible leak:
- Connect the cylinder with manual transmission (seal flywheel / drive shaft gearbox);
- Plugs filling and draining the oil.
Semiaxis the gearbox
When searching for leaks do so:
- Clean the gearbox housing means of cold clearing;
- Check the oil level, top up if necessary;
- Put on the possible leak lime or talc;
- Make a reference check that the oil was liquid. To do this, drive about 30 km on the highway;
- Then set the car on the box and inspect the leak gearbox via a lantern;
- Eliminate the leak.
A warning  When dry gearbox oil level is not required. However, if oil is leaking, the level of check required.
Checking the oil in a mechanical transmission
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Set the machine on a horizontal box. | | 2. Unscrew the screw plug of oil filling turnkey 17 mm. It is located on the front side of the box under the starter. | | 3. When unscrewing the plug follows a small amount of oil, the oil level is correct. Otherwise, check with your finger: the oil level reaches up to the lower edge of the filler hole. If not, top up with hypoid oil. It requires oil syringe. When filling oil substitute to catch any oil. Do not just pour a lot of oil. | 4. Specification hypoid oils - GL 4 SAE 80 or G 50 synthetic oil SAE 75 W-90. Number of Refills: 3.0 liters.
A warning Closely monitor so that the oil has not been filled too much, but only up to the lower edge of the filler hole.
