PERFORMANCE ORDER

A warning At cars with all-wheel drive disconnect semiaxes from a transmission and hang horizontally on a wire to the body. Otherwise, it may be damaged joints synchronizers.
	1. Unscrew the top screw fastening (arrow) shock absorber. The machine should stand on wheels. Car, and if you want a little lift for access to fixing bolts.
	2. Unscrew the shock absorber from the knuckle, holding the shock absorber special tool VW-3245.
3. Remove the shock absorber.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the shock absorber rubber bearing bushes on the porosity and damage and replace if necessary.

2. Install the shock absorber.

3. Puck set so that the flap pointed shock.

4. Tighten the shock absorber from the bottom to 45 Nm.

5. Slowly lower the machine, until you can install the shock absorber upper screw.

6. Tighten the screws to 100 Nm.

7. If necessary, lower the machine at all.
