To let air out of the system should always, if disconnected lines or system completely fill oil. A warning Drain the hydraulic oil is not re-fill. Fill only with new hydraulic oil VW.
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. If the hydraulic oil is replaced, thoroughly rinse the filter in clean gasoline. | 2. Fill with hydraulic oil in the reserve tank up to the MAX. | 3. Set the machine on the stand. | 4. When the engine stopped, turn the steering wheel several times to stop the right and left, and the air from the cylinder to be released. | 5. Fill up hydraulic oil to the MAX mark. | 6. Set the wheels straight and remove the machine from the box. | 7. Start the engine and run at idle, while observing the oil level in the expansion tank. If the level drops, add oil as long as the level is constant and set to MAX mark. | 8. When the engine is running turn the steering wheel left and right until it stops up until not stop the selection of bubbles in the expansion tank. |
