Removal and installation of the brake fluid reservoir
Work should be done in this order: - Clean the engine compartment area around the main cylinder; - Put the wiper rags around the main cylinder; - Drain the brake fluid from the reservoir; - Remove the cover of the connector. For vehicles with manual transmission, disconnect the hose that feeds the clutch master cylinder, muffle its aperture;

- Disconnect the brake fluid level in the reservoir (Fig. 6.15); - Remove the locking pin by means of a 3 mm mandrel; - The removal of brake fluid from the master cylinder; - Remove the O-rings from the master cylinder
NOTE Brake fluid reservoir can be removed only after removing the locking pin. |
- Thoroughly clean the reservoir and master cylinder. - Put the new O-rings in the master cylinder: - Establish a tank, with increasing press-fitted into place (taking into account the position sensor connector); - Put the locking pin; - Connect the brake fluid level (for vehicles with manual transmission); - Connect the hose that feeds the clutch master cylinder; - Slowly fill the brake fluid reservoir, a few times slowly depress the brake and clutch pedals.
