Replacing pulse rear wheel brake
The procedure should be followed: 1) Remove the caliper and the brake disk rear wheel in this order: - The hub cap and the wheel; - brake pads; - The brake hose from the holder; - Holder of a support assembly with a caliper; hang it on a steel wire in order to avoid damage to the brake hose; - Unscrew the mounting bolt and remove the brake disc; 2) remove the wheel hub, unscrewing the nut; 3) remove the impulse wheel, removing two screws; 4) Clean the hub and set the pulse wheel. Tighten the bolts to 25 Nm; 5) Clean the pin and the hub, install the hub, set a new nut and tighten it to a torque of 177 Nm; 6) Clean and put a brake disk. Tighten the bolts to 8 Nm. g) set the caliper brake hose wheel. 7) Check the operation of ABS: - Read the fault codes; - Perform a road test and check whether the indicator light turns off ABS; - Check whether the fault codes registered.
