Replacing the clutch slave cylinder
In case of loss of tightness of the clutch slave cylinder should be replaced in the assembly, as follows: a) drain the brake fluid from the hydraulic clutch system (see. above "Replacing the clutch master cylinder"); b) remove the inlet hose of the air filter: - Disconnect the hose from the crankcase ventilation hose 7 at fixing points 1 and 3; - Disconnect the connector 4 Rear air sensor; - Disconnect the hose from the pump 5 air hose 7; - Remove the clamps 2 and 6 of the hose 7; c) Remove the clutch slave cylinder to gearbox: - Place a cloth under the cylinder; - Disconnect fitting "Banjo" and remove the tube in the direction; - Turn out two bolts of the cylinder coupling; - Remove the cylinder; d) set the clutch slave cylinder: - Set the cylinder; - Place and tighten the two screws to 30 N ?� m; - Put the pipe fitting with "Banjo" and the new O-rings; - Tighten the union "Banjo" moment 25 Nm. d) fill and bleed the hydraulic clutch system (see. above "Replacing the clutch master cylinder"); e) Install the intake hose of the air filter:

- Connect the hose 5 air pump to the hose 7; - Connect 4 air sensor; - Connect the crankcase ventilation hose attachment points 1 and 3.
A WARNING Make sure that the throttle cam caught on a collar. |
