Intake manifold

Withdrawal
Drain the coolant.
Switch off the ignition and disconnect a wire of "weight" from the storage battery.

Location screws engine cover
Fig. 3.2.1. Location screws engine cover

Remove the four screws and remove the engine cover (see. Fig. 3.2.1).

Location screws left engine cover
Fig. 3.2.52. Location screws left engine cover

Remove the left and right covers the engine (Fig. 3.2.52).

Location clamps securing the air pipe and tubing nuts filing (1) and Return (2) Fuel
Fig. 3.2.53. Location clamps securing the air pipe and tubing nuts filing (1) and Return (2) Fuel

Loosen the hose clamps and remove the air tube connecting the air flow meter and the intake manifold (Fig. 3.2.53).
Remove the nut and disconnect the supply lines 1 (see. Fig. 3.2.53) and return 2 fuel.

A WARNING
The fuel system is pressurized. Before releasing elements of the fuel system to relieve pressure in the system. To do this, close the connection point of the fuel system and a clean cloth, being careful, gently loosen the union nut.

Location spark plugs.
Fig. 2.3.54. Location spark plugs.

Remove all high-voltage wires from spark plugs (fig. 2.3.54).

Location bolts ignition coils
Fig. 3.2.55. Location bolts ignition coils

Remove the bolts and remove the ignition coil with the high-voltage wires (Fig. 3.2.55).
Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from the right cylinder head cover.

Vehicles with exhaust gas recirculation

Locating connectors and connections of hoses
Fig. 2.3.56. Locating connectors and connections of hoses: 1 - air intake; 2 - a bolt of fastening of the base plate; 3 - overload valve connector; 4 - air temperature sensor connector; 5 - vacuum chamber. The arrows show the junction of vacuum hoses

Disconnect vacuum hoses (Fig. 2.3.56).
Disconnect the electrical connectors 3 and 4 (see. Fig. 2.3.56) overload valve on the intake manifold and the sensor temperature of air entering the engine.
2 Remove the screws securing the base plate valve overload.
Remove the base plate and remove the hose from the air intake.
Remove the screw on the inlet connection 1, and remove it.
Remove the nut 5 to the upper portion of the vacuum chamber.

Seating connect electrical connectors (2 and 3) and hose (1, 3, 5, 6, 7)
Fig. 2.3.57. Seating connect electrical connectors (2 and 3) and hose (1, 3, 5, 6, 7)

Unplug electrical connectors 2 and 4 (Fig. 2.3.57).
Disconnect vacuum hose 1, 3, 5, 6, 7 (see. Fig. 2.3.57).
Remove the bolts of the base plate of the solenoid valves.

An arrangement of bolts (1) attaching the base of the vacuum chamber and the nozzle (2) with a vacuum hose
Fig. 2.3.58. An arrangement of bolts (1) attaching the base of the vacuum chamber and the nozzle (2) with a vacuum hose

Disconnect vacuum hose 2 (Fig. 2.3.58) of the vacuum chamber.
Remove the two screws 1 (see. Fig. 2.3.58) attaching the base of the vacuum chamber and take the camera away.

Location of electrical connectors (1 and 2), the hose of a vacuum brake booster (3) vacuum hose and valve ACF (4)
Fig. 2.3.59. Location of electrical connectors (1 and 2), the hose of a vacuum brake booster (3) vacuum hose and valve ACF (4)

Unplug electrical connectors 1 and 2 (Fig. 2.3.59).
3 Disconnect the hose from the vacuum brake booster.
Disconnect the vacuum hose from the valve ACF 4.

Location hoses (2 and 3) to the brake servo (1) and the fastening bolt (4)
Fig. 2.3.60. Location hoses (2 and 3) to the brake servo (1) and the fastening bolt (4)

Disconnect the hose 2 (Fig. 2.3.60) of the brake servo.
4 Remove the bolt and remove the duct 1 with the seal of the vacuum brake booster.
3 Disconnect the hose and remove the air duct.

Vehicles with accelerator cable
Remove the thrust of the cruise control on the throttle valves.
Disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle body and the cover of a cable from the bracket. Take the cable side.

All models

Places hose connections (1 and 3) cooling system to block the throttle and the rear pipe cooling system and bolts wire connection with "weight" of the right rear cylinder head
Fig. 2.3.61. Places hose connections (1 and 3) cooling system to block the throttle and the rear pipe cooling system and bolts wire connection with "weight" of the right rear cylinder head

Remove the bolt 2 (Fig. 2.3.61) fastening wire connection with "weight" of the right rear cylinder head.
Disconnect hoses 1 and 3, the cooling system of the unit and the rear throttle pipe cooling system.
Disconnect the electrical connectors from the injectors.
Take away from the intake manifold and hose wire crankcase ventilation.

Vehicles with exhaust gas recirculation
Disconnect the vacuum hose from the combined exhaust gas recirculation valve.

All models

Location bolts on the inlet manifold
Fig. 2.3.62. Location bolts on the inlet manifold

Remove the inlet manifold mounting bolts and remove it (see. Fig. 2.3.62).

Setting
Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.

A WARNING
All clips and clamps that when removing the intake manifold will be damaged or cut, the assembly must be replaced with new ones.

Fill in cooling liquid.
Check the accelerator cable.
Connect a wire of "weight" to the battery.
Turn on the radio and enter the code.
Lift up the power window glass until it stops. Then press all the switches window again, at least 1, in the closed position of the control unit to activate windows.
Set the clock.
