Dismantling
Secure the front shock absorber in the device in the vice, and with the help of a special device VA G 1752/6 compress a spring so that it is moved away from the top of the rack. When using the spring compressor spring coils need to securely capture, compressing the spring on the opposite sides.

Fixing a key shock-absorber rod from turning and using a different ring spanner or a special key 3353, unscrew the central nut on the upper spring seat with shock absorber rod (Fig. 12.8). Remove the shock absorber rod with a spacer, the top support of the shock absorber, washer and upper spring seat. Remove spring with spring compressor.
A WARNING The spring has very big effort of pre-compression, therefore use only reliable tool. In no case garter spring wire. |

1 Remove the protective cover (Fig. 12.9) and the lower spring seat 2. Using a plastic hammer, bring up the lower spring plate 3.
