The device is halogen headlamps and a discharge lamp shown in Fig. 18.37 and 18.38.

Withdrawal Remove the front bumper.

Remove the two screws 1 (Fig. 18.39) of the top fastening of a headlight 2. Remove the length of the outer Torx-bolt (T30) 3 fastening lights. To remove the bolts can use a magnet. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the headlamp. Turning the spotlight to the center of the car, and then moving forward, remove the headlight.
Setting Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.

Before installing new lights, turning the plastic nut, and set the size (Fig. 18.40), corresponding to the size in the spotlight removed from the vehicle.

When installing, align the positioning projection 1 (Fig. 18.41) on the inside of the headlamp with a hole clamp 2, then replace the outer side of the headlamp. Tighten the lamps 6 N ?� m. Check and if necessary adjust the headlights.
Adjusting headlights Fine adjustment is possible only with the help of a special device. When adjusting headlights and fog lights are regulated.

To adjust the headlamp screws are used, which can be accessed through the holes in the top of the light (Fig. 18.42). External screw for adjusting the headlights in the vertical plane, the inner screw - to adjust in the horizontal plane. When adjusting the headlamp must meet the following conditions: - The vehicle must be in running condition with a full fuel tank, a set of tools and spare wheel; - The vehicle must be mounted on a level ground; - Before adjusting the need to shake the car body, to ensure that all elements of the suspension fell into place; - Leveling headlights set to "0"; - Regulated only dipped headlights.
