Setting
When installing new brake pads, tighten the piston in the caliper. When screwing piston brake liquid is superseded from the brake cylinder in a broad tank, therefore constantly monitor the level of brake fluid, if necessary, pump out the excess liquid from the tank.

For screwing the piston in the cylinder must use tool 3272. Place the tool so that the collar came into the grooves of the piston. Rotate the body of the special tool counterclockwise until it stops. Rotate the special tool clockwise to tighten the piston in the caliper (Fig. 15.15). In the absence of a special tool, screw the piston in the caliper, using angled snap ring pliers. Install the brake pads in the caliper bracket, making sure that the pressure springs are vertical. If you install the old pads, make sure they are installed in the same way as before removal. Install the caliper, screw the new guide pin bolt and tighten it to 35 Nm. For each set of brake pads are applied one new bolt for each slide. Install the rear wheels and lower the car. Check the brake fluid level and, if necessary, finish it to norm. Click several times on the brake pedal in order to block occupied position.
