Mount Replacement power unit
The power unit is mounted on two supports with rubber pads on the right and on the left and one support (also with a rubber pad) attached through the bracket on the gearbox casing. You will need: face head "14" keys "17", "19", a jack or similar lifting device. 1. hang out the front of the vehicle on supports or raise the vehicle on a lift.
NOTE To replace the right support of a suspension bracket of the power unit is sufficient to remove only the right mudguard. To replace the left front and rear mudguards supports should not be removed. |

5. ... and remove the two mounting bolts on the body.
NOTE Front support evert bolt through the hole in the bracket. |
| | 6. Put a support under the engine so to support the suspension of the power unit cleared, then remove the bolt support and remove it. | 7. Install the rear suspension support of the power unit in the reverse order of removal be tailored during installation so that the arrow stamped on its outer surface facing forward in the direction of travel. |
NOTE Rear suspension and left support of the power unit is almost the same shape and differ only in the number of holes in the inner cage, so pay attention to the marking support. Get a new support with the same designation. |
8. To replace the left support the suspension of the power unit, remove the two mounting bolts to the bracket ... | | 9. ... and spar Body ... | 10. ... and remove the support. |
NOTE Note the marked support. Get a new support with the same designation. |
11. Replace the left support of the power train in the reverse order of removal. | | 13. Remove the two nuts securing the right support to the bracket body ... | 14. ... remove the two screws on the support bracket to the engine ... |
15. ... and remove the support. 16. Install the right support of a suspension bracket of the power unit and all the removed parts in reverse order of removal.
