Cylinder head

1 - a bolt, 35 N ??? m + to tighten on a corner 90-92 ?� + weaken all bolts +35 N ??? m + to tighten on the angle of 90-92 ?�;

2 - cylinder head;
3 - cylinder head gasket.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Drain the coolant and disconnect the upper radiator hose.
2. Remove a hose located between the air filter and cover head.
3. Remove the air intake hose.
4. Remove the vacuum hose, fuel hose and the coolant hose.
5. Remove the spark plug caps from the high-voltage wires.
6. Remove the ignition coil.
7. Remove the air chamber.
8. Remove the intake manifold.
9. Remove the heat shield and the exhaust manifold.
10. Remove the water pump pulley and the crankshaft pulley.
11. Remove the cover of a gear belt.
12. Remove the timing belt tension roller.
	13. Remove the timing belt.
14. Remove the cylinder head cover.
	15. The special tool 09221-21000 in a certain sequence for 2-3 passes, remove the cylinder head bolts.
16. Remove the remaining cylinder head gasket from the engine block and the cylinder head.
A warning When removing residues pads, be careful they do not fall into the channels of the cylinder.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Inspect the cylinder head for damage, cracks, leaks, oil and coolant. If necessary, replace the cylinder head.
2. Remove the carbon deposits from the combustion chambers. Compressed air blow channels for lubrication.
	3. The metal ruler and probe in six directions check the flatness of the cylinder head. If necessary, pereshlifuyte cylinder head. Maximum rounding: 0.08 mm

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Clean the mating surface of the cylinder block and cylinder head.
2. Install the new cylinder head gasket on the engine block.
	3. Replace the cylinder head bolts. In certain sequence tighten bolts of the cylinder head in the following order: a. tighten the bolts tightening torque of 35 N ??? m; b. tighten screws at an angle 90-92 ?�; from. oslabitte all bolts; d. tighten the bolts tightening torque of 35 N ??? m; e. tighten the bolts on the angle 90-962 ?�.
4. Set the timing belt tension roller.
5. Establish a gear belt on a pulley of a camshaft, with the check up that adjusting labels of pulleys combined with indexes.
6. Adjust the toothed belt tension.
7. Install the cylinder head cover and fix bolts, having tightened their demanded moment. Torque: 8-10 N ??? m
8. Replace the cover of a gear belt.
9. Install a new intake manifold gasket and intake manifold. Tighten the nuts and bolts to torque. Torque: Intake manifold: 18-25 N ??? m Exhaust manifold: 30-40 N ??? m
10. Install a new exhaust manifold gasket and the exhaust manifold. Tighten the nuts and bolts to torque.
11. Install the oil power steering pump and bracket.
12. Install the ignition coil.
13. Install the air intake hose.
14. Attach the vacuum hose, fuel hose and the coolant hose.
15. Install a hose.
