Hydraulic clutch



1 - a hose of the clutch;
2 - tube clutch;
3 - the clutch master cylinder;
4 - the clutch pedal.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the bleeder valve and drain the brake fluid from the hydraulic clutch.
2. Remove the cotter pin, washer and a pin with a head and a hole for the pin.
3. Remove the tube from the hydraulic clutch master cylinder.
4. Remove the bolt of the clutch master cylinder.
5. Remove the clamps the clutch hydraulic line.
6. Holding the nut on the clutch hose, unscrew the nut on the tube.
7. Remove hose clamp securing the clutch and remove the hose from the bracket.
8. Remove the clutch hydraulic line.
9. Remove the tube from the hose coupling.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Check hoses and tubes hydraulic clutch for cracks and damage.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Connect the tube coupling from the hose coupling.
2. Temporarily, hand-tighten the nuts of the hose and tube coupling wire and tighten their demanded torque.

Torque: 13-17 N ??? m

3. Install the clutch hydraulic line and secure the clamps.
4. Install the clutch master cylinder.
5. Before installation, lubricate the sleeve, pin, washer and a pin with a head and a hole for the pin.

Grease: J310a, NLGI ?��2

6. Install the pushrod to the clutch pedal.
7. Pour the liquid into the tank coupling.
8. Bleed the hydraulic clutch system
