Removing and installing transmission



Manual Transmission

1 - a bolt, 27-34 N ??? m;
2 - a cable of a speedometer;
3 - Cover the clutch housing;
4 - bolt, 8-10 N ??? m;
5 - a cable of a choice of transfers;
6 - a cable of a gear change;
7 - starter.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect in the first place, the wire from the negative terminal of the battery, and then - on the positive. Remove the drain plug and drain into a suitable container gear oil from the gearbox.
2. Remove the clutch slave cylinder.
3. Remove the air filter.
4. Remove the battery and battery support.
5. Remove the cable gear selection.
6. Disconnect the reverse gear switch.
7. Remove the speedometer cable.
8. Remove the clutch hydraulic tube and close the end of the pipe with a suitable plug.
9. Remove the cover from the engine and gearbox casing side.
10. Remove the front and rear brackets.
11. Remove the right front wheel.
12. Remove the bolt ball joint pillar.
13. Insert mount between an internal SHRUS drive shaft and a transmission and easy blow on mount take a power shaft from a transmission.
14. Remove the starter.
15. Special adaptation 09400-29000 support the engine so that the engine weight was perceived device.
16. Remove the left arm of a transmission.
17. Remove the upper bolts gearbox.
18. Remove the clutch housing.
19. Support a transmission jack.
20. Remove the lower bolts gearbox.
21. Remove the clutch cover and clutch disc.
22. Remove the flywheel.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation of transmission is effected in reverse order of removal.
