Tubes and pipes of the cooling system

Tubes and pipes of the cooling system of the engine SOHC

1 - a bolt, 10-15 N ??? m;
2 - bypass hose;
3 - O-ring;
4 - coolant outlet fitting;

5 - coolant hose;
6 - the coolant hose to the heater.

Tubes and pipes of the cooling system of engine DOHC

1 - the coolant inlet pipe;

2 - nipple coolant outlet.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the pipes and hoses of the cooling system for damage, cracks and swellings.

2. If necessary, replace them.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. When connecting the hose to the nozzle exit coolant pre-lubricate the O-ring with coolant.

2. Make sure that the yellow mark on the end of the inlet coolant hose aligned with the yellow mark on the socket.

A warning

Do not lubricate o-ring with oil or lubricant.
Before installing the hose fittings clean from dirt, dust and sand.
Insert the coolant tube until it stops at the water pump.
When installing, only use a new sealing ring.
